Refund Policy

KaizeNova Technologies – TEK2KAREER LLC follows all state laws and regulations regarding refunds.

• 7+ days before course start: 100% refund
• 1–2 months into course: 50% refund
• 3–4 months into course: 25% refund
• After 4 months: No refund

Refunds are processed within 14 business days. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: 📧 info@tek2kareer.com

School Licensure Status

KaizeNova Technologies d.b.a. TEK2KAREER is licensed by the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO) Proprietary Schools Section as a proprietary school.

Important Disclosure

The School is not accredited by a recognized accrediting agency. Credits earned are not transferable to accredited institutions. Completion of a program does not guarantee employment. We are required to maintain all student records for up to 7 years per state and federal regulations.

Complaint Procedure

If a student has a complaint, the following process applies:

1. File a written complaint with the School’s administration.

Student Acknowledgment

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the following:

• I have received and reviewed the Course Catalog and this Enrollment Agreement.
• I understand the Refund Policy, Licensure Status, and Complaint Procedure.
• I understand the School is licensed but not accredited.
• I agree to abide by the policies of KaizeNova Technologies d.b.a. TEK2KAREER.
