We are industry professionals committed to bridging the gap between theoretical education and real-world workforce needs. Our programs are designed for those reskilling, switching careers, or building on an existing foundation. Instructional Tools & Learning Platforms: TEK2KAREER delivers training using Tutor LMS (Learning Management System), Zoom/Google Meet for live sessions, Microsoft Office Suite, Python IDE, Jira, GitHub, and Google Workspace. All students are required to have a computer, webcam, and stable internet connection.
Mentors engaged by KaizeNova Technologies d.b.a. TEK2KAREER serve as instructional support personnel and do not replace primary instructors.
All mentoring activities operate under institutional academic oversight and align with approved curriculum requirements in compliance with Michigan LEO standards.
TEK2KAREER is led by industry professionals committed to connecting education with real-world workforce needs.
Our programs are designed for individuals reskilling, transitioning careers, or building on an existing foundation through applied, technology-enabled learning. Students are expected to maintain the necessary equipment and connectivity to fully participate in online instruction and mentoring activities.
Learning Outcome
TEK2KAREER incorporates project-based learning to provide hands-on, industry-aligned experience that reinforces instructor-led instruction. Projects are guided, curriculum-aligned, and designed to help students apply concepts in real-world scenarios under academic oversight.
TEK2KAREER’s career readiness and professional development support is designed to help students confidently translate their training into real career opportunities. Through structured guidance and practical resources, students receive support in areas such as resume and portfolio development, interview preparation, career pathway exploration, and professional communication—empowering them to present their skills effectively and navigate today’s workforce with confidence.
All career support services are provided in an advisory capacity and align with Michigan LEO Postsecondary School requirements. While employment outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and employer needs, TEK2KAREER is committed to equipping students with the insight, preparation, and professional mindset needed to make informed career decisions and pursue long-term growth.

Any student who believes they have experienced discrimination may file a complaint with the School Director. Complaints will be handled promptly, confidentially, and in accordance with the grievance procedures outlined in the Student Catalog.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and Michigan law, TEK2KAREER ensures that students with documented disabilities have equal access to all educational programs, services, and activities.

Provide documentation from a qualified professional (doctor, psychologist, or licensed specialist). The School Director reviews and issues a decision within 10 business days. Approved accommodations are communicated to instructors/staff on a need-to-know basis only.
Students who feel their accommodation needs have not been adequately addressed may:

KaizeNova Technologies d.b.a. TEK2KAREER is licensed by the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO) Proprietary Schools Section as a proprietary school.
The School is not accredited by a recognized accrediting agency. Credits earned are not transferable to accredited institutions. Completion of a program does not guarantee employment. We are required to maintain all student records for up to 7 years per state and federal regulations.
